Dreamworld, a place where dreams come alive and thrills abound, sought to breathe new life into its iconic Cyclone Rollercoaster. With a vision of exhilaration and nostalgia, they turned to FML Design, the masters of immersive experiences, to engineer a complete retheme: The HotWheels Sidewinder Rollercoaster

From conceptualization to execution, FML Design embarked on a journey to transform the Cyclone into a thrilling homage to the iconic Hot Wheels brand. The project was ambitious – not only would they reimagine the coaster’s tracks and trains, but they would also overhaul the entire experience, from signage and branding to the entry and walkway.

The first step was design. Drawing inspiration from the high-octane world of Hot Wheels, FML Design crafted a vision that combined the adrenaline-pumping excitement of the brand with the pulse-pounding thrills of a rollercoaster. The result? A dynamic fusion of vibrant colors, sleek lines, and eye-catching graphics that would set pulses racing.

From themed trains adorned with iconic Hot Wheels cars to interactive elements along the track, every piece was meticulously crafted to delight and thrill.

Installation was the culmination of months of hard work and dedication. As the Hot Wheels Sidewinder Rollercoaster took shape, FML Design turned their attention to the surrounding environment, infusing the entry and walkway with the unmistakable energy of the Hot Wheels brand. Colorful signage beckoned guests, while themed props and decorations immersed them in the world of Hot Wheels from the moment they arrived.

But the transformation didn’t end there. FML Design also took on the task of creating promotional vehicles – eye-catching cars adorned with Hot Wheels branding that would roam the park, generating excitement and anticipation for the new HotWheels Sidewinder Rollercoaster.

As the grand opening approached, anticipation reached a fever pitch. When the gates finally swung open and guests flocked to experience the Hot Wheels Sidewinder Rollercoaster, they were met with a spectacle unlike any other.
