When RE/MAX Cleveland and RE/MAX Alexandra Hills in Queensland sought to elevate the look and feel of their offices, they turned to FML Design for a comprehensive visual transformation. The brief was clear: create impactful signage, murals, and window graphics that not only reflect the brand but also enhance the working environment for both staff and clients. FML Design delivered, crafting a series of unique design elements that seamlessly blended functionality with artistic flair.
The first step in the transformation was the installation of front and halo-lit logos and lettering. For both offices, FML Design created striking signs using vinyl-wrapped ACM panels as the foundation. The RE/MAX logos and lettering were meticulously cut and installed with LED halo lighting, giving the signage a stunning, professional glow that could be seen both day and night. The combination of vinyl wrapping and lighting ensured that the RE/MAX branding stood out, catching the attention of passersby and creating a polished, welcoming entrance.
To capture the attention of potential clients and give the office exteriors a bold identity, FML Design also crafted an outdoor roadside wall mural for each location. These murals reflected the dynamic and energetic nature of RE/MAX, using vibrant colors and modern designs that tied into the company’s branding.
In addition to the murals, window graphics were installed facing outward around the perimeter of the buildings. These graphics displayed key RE/MAX branding elements, adding visual appeal and giving the offices a cohesive look. The combination of murals and window graphics created a strong street presence that drew eyes to the business, reinforcing its identity in the local community.
Inside the offices, privacy was essential. FML Design installed frosted privacy windows in the individual offices to ensure discretion while still allowing natural light to filter through. To further separate the front and back office spaces, a one-way vision print was applied, ensuring privacy without compromising on style.
For additional exterior visibility, lightbox signage was installed, offering bright, easy-to-read branding that remained visible after dark. This illuminated signage made sure the RE/MAX offices were always easy to find, no matter the time of day.
The interior of the offices was transformed into an inviting, inspiring space with carefully designed murals. In the lunchroom, FML Design installed a REFUEL wall mural featuring a tranquil Tahitian beach. This serene image provided staff with a relaxing and visually stunning environment to recharge during their breaks.
The foyer mural became the centerpiece of the offices, featuring the iconic RE/MAX balloon soaring over the Story Bridge in Brisbane. This mural not only celebrated the local area but also conveyed a sense of adventure and possibility, perfectly aligning with the RE/MAX ethos.
The combination of halo-lit signage, vivid murals, functional window graphics, and privacy solutions came together to create a complete visual makeover for both RE/MAX Cleveland and RE/MAX Alexandra Hills. The offices now stand as striking examples of how thoughtful design can elevate a business’s environment, making it more welcoming, professional, and memorable.
